Bolivia has become increasingly unstable as the Drug Cartel gains enough power and influence to convert the country into a narco-state and the world’s largest producer of coca. The cartel’s influence boils over when a US Embassy is bombed and undercover agents are captured, tortured, and killed. The US Army dispatches an elite special operations unit known as “Ghosts” to destroy the cartel and reveal the connection between Santa Blanca and the local government. Join the Ghosts to dismantle Cartel operations and defeat the Drug Lord ~OR~ join the ruthless Cartel to advance Bolivia’s narco-state economy through coca production and corruption.
