It has a shoulder support strap to lighten the load. This helps balance the weight of the air tank and paintballs.
The paintball harness can also be used along with the paintball vest as a load bearing system! The paintball vest's belt loops can be locked into the harness to balance the addition weight of the paintball harness with the weight of the gear you carry on your chest; such a well-balanced setup will last you through the longest games. This setup also keeps the harness securely in place!
