Q: I want to fill a Taginn shell that needs 850 PSI. I have a 3000 PSI bottle; would this charger adapter be used for that? If so, do I also need a regulator to keep the PSI under 850? Or is this used for CO2 cartridges? If so, how specifically?

A: Yes, it will work, your tank should be regulated at about 800psi
