Rules for Entry:

You must have a waiver on file with the CEPL or fill one out when you get to the park. If you are under the age of 18 you must have your waiver signed by YOUR parent or legal guardian. Those under the age of 18 must bring a NEW waiver signed by your parent or guardian each time you attend an event. All players must bring a new waiver completely filled out to the first event.

Registration after June 12th = $180.00
You must email the CEPL for permission prior to registering for the T2 division.
